YP (Young Professionals of Waterbury Region) was created by seven individuals of the 2011 Leadership Greater Waterbury class. YP was created to encourage our young professionals to live, work and thrive in the greater Waterbury region. Our efforts aim to sustain and advance the vitality and culture in our area. Members are energized to gain new connections, build their career, grow as a leader and contribute back to their community. Young professionals create a customer base, become trained employees and attract other industries and outsiders.
