Refund Policy
Attendees for Waterbury Regional Chamber events must cancel a registration 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund or credit for an event they have registered for and cannot/will not be attending.
In order to receive a refund for your Waterbury Regional Chamber membership dues investment, you must have attended five or more events within 180 days of signing up for membership, and have been unsatisfied with your chamber membership. All refund requests must be made by calling 203-757-0701.
