The Republicans, meanwhile, have updated their no-tax-increase budget plan, taking into account the now approved deal with state employee unions. You can read their proposal here.
A session of the legislature is scheduled to be held tomorrow (Thursday, 9/14). What, if anything, gets approved remains to be seen.
it would be nice, however, if the Dems would put the GOP proposal to a vote. Don't count on it.
