Today, that changed. The GOP issued its plan, which unlike the Democrat's proposal, is balanced.

We still have no idea at this point what will ultimately be sent to Gov. Malloy, or when it will be sent, but you can be sure something will be put on his desk before the session ends on May 4 (a week from Wednesday).
Whether Malloy will sign it or veto it is another open question. Stay tuned.
