Chamber Lobbyist


 

Armando P. Paolino III, a Waterbury native, has been a lobbyist for eighteen years and has been involved in state government for the last twenty years.  Mr. Paolino is widely regarded as one of the premier lobbyists in the state of Connecticut.  He works the halls of the General Assembly and lobbies extensively before the executive branch and state agencies.  He has a great deal of experience and knowledge in presenting the business perspective to government.  He acts as a personal strategic advisor to the select clients he serves.

He has worked on a wide array of issues in Connecticut’s legislative and administrative arena including: asbestos, insurance, water resources, economic development, electric power, pesticide regulation, motor vehicle law, chemical industry, banking, insurance, telecommunications, nursing homes, golf, taxation, farmland preservation, telecommunications, Alzheimer’s disease, housing, arboriculture, tobacco, sewage treatment, pharmaceuticals, liquor control, education and contract procurement.

Armando Paolino has served on the White House Conference on Small Business Advisory Board.  He has been an advisor to the Connecticut Delegation for the 1998, 2000 and 2002 Congressional Small Business Summits.
