How to use our new website:

1)     Where to find our new site

2)     Getting to the member login page

a.     Here are a couple of ways to get to the member login section:

                                                             i.      To go there directly type the following address into your web browser: http://worx.waterburychamber.com/wrcc/worxuserscmd?cmd=login

                                                          ii.      To access the login from the home page:

1.     scroll over the membership section at the top center of the page. 

2.     A drop down menu will appear, click on member login or directory

3)     Logging in for the first time (if you are your company’s primary contact you already have an account set up as the administrator, if not skip to section c below):

a.     Type in your username
(your username is your first initial and last name i.e. John Smith would be jsmith, R. John Smith would be rsmith, all small letters)

b.     Type in your password
(your password is your username and the number 1, i.e. jsmith1, all small letters) The passwords we have assigned are generic, we recommend that your password be changed to one that is familiar to you, in order to protect your privacy.

c.     If you can not login with the information above, or if you are not your company’s primary contact you have two options:

                                                             i.      Click on the not yet registered button and a username and password will be emailed to you

                                                          ii.      Call Trish Donohue at 203-757-0701 x:319 or email her at tdonohue@waterburychamber.com to have a username and password assigned to you.

4)     Once you have logged in:

a.     If you are the administrator for your company you will have the ability to:

                                                             i.       change any of the information contained within your profile. (including uploading  your logo, adding a company description and adding keywords)

                                                          ii.      Search our members only membership database

                                                     b.     If you are not the administrator for your company you will have the ability to:

                                                             i.      Search our members only membership database
