Obtain free, confidential, business assistance and licensing information from the State of Connecticut Licensing Center also known as SmartStart. If needed a SmartStart Representative can meet in the Chamber’s offices by appointment on Thursdays.

Step 2 |

Create a business plan that will identify all aspects of starting and operating your business. This document will be essential to obtain financial assistance and to determine the risks and benefits associated with your business venture.
